Lucky us! Introducing our firecracker Spring interns!
Name: Justin Beaudrot
Guilty pleasure: Binge-watching episodes of Game of Thrones.
Favorite Hooch piece: “Yar,” by Hannah Pittard (Southern issue)
Best college moment (so far): Going to the High Museum of Art with my World Lit. class.
Name: Andrew J. Garner
Major: English and Journalism
Guilty pleasure: I try not to feel guilty about most things I enjoy, but my friends would probably say my Taylor Swift listening habits!
Favorite Hooch piece: “New Nests Blown Loose,” by Paul Nelson (Animal issue)
Best college moment (so far): Getting to learn so much about writing!
Name: Farhin Lilywala
Guilty pleasure: My guilty pleasure would probably be singing at the top of my lungs while I drive, along with yelling at others on the road who don’t know how to drive. Sometimes, my mood changes with the mood of the song. Oh, but when I get to my favorite part of the song, I forget the other drivers and sing, loud.
Favorite Hooch piece: My favorite piece would still probably be “Snake Life,” by David Bajo (Animal issue).
Best college moment (so far): My best college moment so far would be when the previous Editor-in-Chief called me to congratulate me on becoming the next Editor-in-Chief of the Collegian. I remember smiling so hard my face hurt and screaming.
Name: Grant Taylor
Major: Journalism/Professional Writing
Guilty pleasures: Dr. Pepper, Southern accents, swearing

Name: Tiffany Nicole Trivett
Guilty pleasure: I dance around my house and sing pop and hip-hop songs at the top of my lungs, but I don’t feel guilty about it.
Favorite Hooch piece: “Hush, Please,” by Phong Nguyen (Animal issue)
Best college moment (so far): Being awarded the Atlanta Writers Club Scholarship and meeting Poet Laureate Natasha Trethewey. Also, being published in The Polishing Cloth.
